Description
The 2C34 is a medium-power transmitting triode designed for RF and audio output service. It was used in radio transmitters, linear amplifiers, and some specialist high-power audio amplifiers. Its physically large envelope and sturdy construction made it suitable for demanding continuous-duty applications.
New Old Stock examples are rare and of interest to collectors, transmitter enthusiasts, and those building high-voltage DHT (directly heated triode) audio amplifiers. The 2C34 requires careful high-voltage design and appropriate safety precautions.
Supplied as a single tested valve.
