Description
The 6C4 (EC90) is a single high-mu triode used in oscillator, mixer, and driver circuits in vintage radio and hi-fi equipment. The M8080 is the British military specification equivalent. Excellent NOS RCA types are currently in stock.
Similar to CV133, CV852, 6100, 6C4W, QA2401, 6135, and CK6135. RCA examples of this type are particularly prized for their quality and consistency. The 6C4 is of interest both for restoration and for experimental audio and oscillator circuits.
Noval 9-pin base. NOS. RCA types currently available. A single valve is supplied.
