Description
The 6CH6 / EL821 / EF82 is a miniature sharp-cutoff pentode on a noval base, designed for use in television IF amplifiers and video circuits. Its high transconductance and low interelectrode capacitance made it well-suited to wideband video applications in TV sets of the 1950s and 1960s.
The EL821 and EF82 are European equivalents of the 6CH6, produced by Philips and its associated manufacturers. New Old Stock examples are suitable for TV and radio restorations.
Noval (9-pin) base. Supplied as a single tested valve.
