Description
The JAN 5R4WGB is a Joint Army-Navy specification full-wave rectifier valve, a ruggedised variant of the 5R4 designed for military and industrial service. The ‘W’ and ‘B’ suffixes denote additional construction standards compared to the commercial equivalent. The 5R4 family is a high-current octal rectifier capable of handling the larger power supplies found in powerful amplifiers.
