Description
The JJ Electronic 6SL7 is a current-production high-gain dual triode in an octal envelope, manufactured in Slovakia. The 6SL7 is a high-mu twin triode with an amplification factor of around 70, making it well suited to line preamplifier stages, phono preamplifiers, and driver stages in push-pull amplifiers.
JJ valves are known for robust construction and consistent performance. The 6SL7 is a direct electrical substitute for the ECC35 and a popular tube in audiophile Hi-Fi preamplifiers and guitar amplifiers. Its warm, full character suits both applications.
