Description
The Mullard 6V6GT is a new-production beam power tetrode built on the Tung-Sol production platform in Russia, carrying the Mullard name and tonal character into a reliable current-production valve. Note: these valves use Tung-Sol’s well-regarded 6V6 construction and are an excellent option for any application requiring the 6V6GT type.
The 6V6GT delivers a warm, rounded sonic character with a natural compression that makes it particularly pleasing in lower-powered guitar amp designs (Fender Princeton, Deluxe, and similar) and in single-ended Hi-Fi applications where its second-harmonic richness is an asset.
Compatible with 6V6, 6V6GT and 6V6GTA positions. Single valve, tested before dispatch.
